By downloading, accessing, or using CoffeeHead, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

CoffeeHead is provided for personal coffee journaling, taste learning, and record keeping. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the coffee photos, notes, records, and other content you create in CoffeeHead. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your own backups where needed.

Storage and Backup

CoffeeHead is local-first. Records are stored on your device unless you enable features such as iCloud sync, sharing, AI recognition, or export. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, app deletion, disabled backups, iCloud settings, or user actions.

AI Suggestions

CoffeeHead may use AI services to suggest coffee record fields from an image. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to save any suggested record.

Subscriptions and Purchases

CoffeeHead V1 is launching free-first and does not currently sell a paid subscription in the app. If paid features become available later, they may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Charges would be billed to your Apple ID and managed in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Apple Services

Some features may depend on Apple services such as iCloud, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, Camera, Photos, or device backups. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's terms and settings.

Intellectual Property

CoffeeHead, HaChill Tech, the app design, brand assets, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its intellectual property.

Disclaimer

CoffeeHead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of CoffeeHead.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CoffeeHead after changes means you accept the updated terms.
